- Participatory SWOT analysis of local communities, stakeholders and civil society groups, their profiles and characteristics and of the NTFPs sector (honey, medicinal & aromatic plants, mushrooms & truffles, handicrafts and ecotourism)
- Organisation of new or existing grass-root networks, associations, formal and informal professional collectives and innovative schemes of collaboration through dialogue and cooperation
- Capacity building and knowledge dissemination for local CSOs and other stakeholders on NTFPs and sustainable forest practices
- Participatory advocacy campaigns, capacity-building, research and knowledge dissemination to promote forest conservation/NTFPs for the livelihood of rural communities
