TAKRA team moved to Sari,  the capital of the Mazandaran province, to meet several officals with the aim of introducing the objective and the methodology of the project to the officials from NRM bureau in Mazandaran province; Consultating for site selection (selecting the suitable counties as the study area) and also the pilot villages for implementation of the project; knowing about NRM challenges and also potentials for NTFPs development in the region; carrying out field visit and getting more information about the study area; negotiating with University of Shahid Beheshti in Zirab city about their role and cooperation with the project team.
